Who we are? In Florence Today is part of In Italy Today, a web company active in the Bel Paese.

In Italy Today was started by Alessandro and Claudia Daffara on 19 November 1999 with the opening of the first portal of Venice (inVeniceToday.com) - which over the years has become the reference point for the other portals of the netwok - expanded in 2003 with the opening of Florence, Rome and Naples and of InItalyToday.com.

Since 2009, the project has been developed solely by Alessandro Daffara with the opening in 2012 of another 11 web sites dedicated to Italian cities of art.

Today it is present in major Italian art cities such as Venice, Rome, Florence, Milan, Verona, Turin, Bologna, Naples, Palermo, Genoa, Vicenza, Padua, Trento, Bologna, Bari. The project is visited by more than 3 million of users each year.

InFlorenceToday.com was opened on 12 January 2012 and like the other portals of the network it is mainly dedicated to the city's cultural events: exhibitions, museums, theatres, fairs and festivals. But there is also space for all the services useful to citizens and tourists to get to the main attractions of Trento: all bus lines, tram lines, metro lines and the private taxi service.

Finally, pages dedicated to restaurants, wine bars and breweries will also be published only after having personally visited the activities in order to guarantee a service to the expectations of the users of the InFlorenceToday.com portal.
